We offer Time and Material Model to our clients where the projects are subject to specification and design changes (Agile method) characterized by the division of tasks into short phases of work and frequent reassessment and adaptation of plans so as to attain desired outcome as preferred by our clients.
In short, the cost of client’s project depends on the project execution time and the corresponding resources deployed for such project.
We take on a wide range of responsibilities by designing and co-creating digital products (e.g. software) with our clients while bearing in mind the interest of the potential end Users/Vendors in mind. We manage the entire product development life cycle from ideation, planning to implementation then support and maintenance.
This model enhances easy collaboration with clients while the product management, work processes and delivery (updates) are fully managed by us - GTS.
We require a clear business requirement analysis so as to avoid problems in understanding the requirements of our (potential) clients. This process shared clarity towards discovering, analyzing to the minute detail, identifying, and reporting the requirements that are identified with the client's main business objective.
It is by this process that the scope of the project will be clearly defined after which we can assess the time-scale and resources needed to complete the project
After putting-together and understanding the client’s requirements, we prepare a proposal and send to the client. Our proposition will rely on upon a precise examination of customer's necessities. The proposal is meant to inform the client about timeframe for the work expected of us to deliver, project management arrangement between both parties and the cost of the proposed project.
